What data we process

  • Browsing data. When you visit the site, the systems that run it automatically record some technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the request.
  • Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate form, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
  • Data you send us. If you email us, we process your address, your name and the information in your message.

The site has no data collection forms and uses no profiling cookies or behavioural advertising tools.

Why we process it

  • To run and protect the site against abuse and cyber attacks, and to know in aggregate how many people visit it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To reply to your requests and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in replying.

Cookies

The site does not set profiling or analytics cookies. The delivery network that protects it (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies strictly necessary for security, which do not require consent.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Hostinger, for website hosting;
  • Cloudflare, for delivery, security and aggregate statistics;
  • our email provider, for handling email.

These providers process data only to deliver their services, under our instructions and their contracts.

International transfers

Perpi Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Some providers, such as Cloudflare, may also process data in the United States or other countries: in those cases transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

  • Technical browsing data is kept for the limited period set by our providers for the operation and security of their service.
  • Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows, unless the law requires otherwise.

The site links to external websites, such as the playable demos in our portfolio, LinkedIn or the sources we cite. Those websites have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example if we add new services to the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
